Easy Almond Flour Pancakes


Super easy almond flour pancakes are packed with nutrition and can be made keto, vegan, and boosted with protein. I use my blender for a fast breakfast!

What you will need

¼ cup coconut milk (or your choice of milk)

1 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

1 tsp vanilla (optional)

¼ tsp apple cider vinegar

1½ cups almond flour

2 Tbsp tapioca flour OR oat flour

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

coconut oil or butter, for cooking
