Fish Finger Sarnie


Remember those nostalgic classics? Well for us, fish finger sandwiches was one of them and here's how we make 'em now!

What you will need

2 large baking potatoes

300 g cod fillet

1 handful plain flour

1 egg

2 slices stale bread

1 cup oil

200 g frozen peas, thawed

1 knob butter

1 tsp capers

2 sprigs fresh chives

2 gherkins

2 dollops mayonnaise

1/2 lemon

2 soft seeded baps

2 crisp lettuce leaves

1 fresh tomato
