Decadent, fudgy, gluten-free cake with a tart berry whipped cream.

What you will need

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup Dutch process cocoa powder, plus more for coating pan

1 teaspoon instant espresso grounds

4 ounces high-quality bittersweet chocolate, chopped

1 ounce high-quality unsweetened chocolate, chopped

1 tablespoon bourbon whiskey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 large eggs

2 large egg whites

1/3 cup granulated sugar

Pinch of salt

1 1/2 cups whipped topping

1 cup Cascadian Farmβ„’ organic frozen raspberries

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 1/2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
