Four Cheese Ravioli with Italian Sausage and Spinach Pesto Alfredo Cream Sauce

As I am writing this post from last nights Dinner, I am having a brain fart, I don’t know what to say other than that this recipe came out of the need to use up my left over Pistachios Spinac…

What you will need

9oz 4 Cheese Ravioli(or any pasta you like)

3 Tablespoons of Flour

4 tablespoons of Unsalted butter

2 large clove of Garlic mince

5oz if Parmesan Cheese Grated

2 Heaping Teaspoons of Pesto( Store bought or home made)

Pinch of Nutmeg

2 cups of Milk

More than Half a Pound of Italian Sausage
