Garlic Chive Stir Fry with Pork or Cang Ying Tou (苍蝇头) literally translates to “Flies’ Heads” in Chinese. Have this garlic chive stir fry over rice!

What you will need

3 tablespoons oil, divided

10 ounces ground pork (or ground chicken, turkey, or beef)

2 teaspoons Shaoxing wine

2 tablespoons light soy sauce, divided

¼ teaspoon sugar

½ tablespoon finely chopped ginger

1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic

¼ cup (35 grams) fermented black beans, rinsed and drained

½ cup finely diced fresh red long hot peppers (or red bell peppers)

12 ounces garlic chives, cut into ⅓-inch pieces

½ teaspoon sesame oil
