Ginger Pecan Popcorn Bars


One of our favourite recipes of all time has to be the marshmallow popcorn bar we made back in the day. We've decided to revisit it with a few more funky flavours. Cue mango, pecan and ginger. They're absolutely wonderful!

What you will need

100 g dark chocolate

75 g popcorn kernels

1 tbsp sunflower oil

75 g butter

250 g white marshmallows

1 tsp ginger powder

50 g pecan nuts, roughly chopped

50 g dried mango pieces, roughly chopped

1 tbsp water

50 g icing sugar
