Gluten Free Pizza Crust (with Almond & Potato Flour)

Made with almond and potato flour, this Gluten Free Pizza Crust is one of my favorites. It's a thin crust that isn't overly "rice-y" like many GF mixes.

What you will need

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup potato flour

1 egg

1/3 cup warm water

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp olive oil
