Green Chile Seafood Chowder

What you will need

4 full cups red or white potatoes cubed

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup white onions diced

2 cloves of garlic minced

1 large stalk of celery chopped small

1 tablespoon fresh celery leaves chopped

1 small bell pepper diced

salt to taste

1/3 teaspoon white pepper

6 ounces smoked, cured sausage diced

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups diced mild green chiles in a can

3 cups milk

3 cups chicken broth

1 pound large shrimp cleaned and chopped in half

8 ounces lump crab meat
