1 medium yellow onion chopped

½ pound ground pork

2 garlic cloves minced

2- inch piece ginger minced

1 head cabbage shredded (should yield 3 to 4 cups)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 14- ounce jar spicy kimchi juice and all

4 cups Kettle & Fire Chicken Bone Broth

2 scallions thinly sliced
