Healthy Whole Wheat Flax Pancakes just begging to be topped with fresh fruit and a drizzle of pure maple syrup! Grab a fork and dig in!

What you will need

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour

1/4 cup flax meal (ground flax seeds)

2 - 4 tbsp coconut sugar (I used 2 tbsp; if you like things on the sweeter side, use more)

1 tbsp baking powder

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 3/4 cup unsweetened soy or almond milk

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

fresh fruit

drizzle of pure maple syrup
