Healthy Whole Wheat Pumpkin Goji Biscotti Recipe


Whole wheat biscotti recipe with pumpkin and goji berries. Simple and delicious!

What you will need

2 & 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour (don’t use regular WW flour)

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground cloves

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup pumpkin

1 egg

1/3 cup liquid egg whites (or 2 egg whites)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup goji berries (optional – dried cranberries would also work)
