What you will need

10 pieces red Candy Melt

1 teaspoon canola oil (if melted candy is too thick to pipe)

3 large eggs, room temp

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

LEMON BUTTERCREAM

1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon heavy cream

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 drop yellow food coloring paste
