Loaded Baked Potato Bread

 

A yummy sandwich loaf that combines all the best flavors of a loaded baked potato -- sour cream, chives, potatoes and yes, bacon.

What you will need

1/2 cup warm water

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

1 tablespoon butter, softened

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup sour cream

2/3 cup Yukon Gold potatoes, boiled and mashed with the skin left on (I used about 1 1/4 Yukon Golds)

1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1/2 cup chopped green onions or chives

3 1/4 cups Gold Medalβ„’ unbleached all-purpose flour
