Low Fat Chocolate Banana Bread

2 overripe bananas, mashed well

1 1/2 cups Gluten Free baking flour

1 teaspoon pure almond extract

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/4 cup applesauce

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup dairy free mini chocolate chips
