What you will need

Marzipan cake:

300 g marzipan

150 g soft butter

Zest of 1 lime

3 eggs

4 tbsp. of plain flour

Raspberry Cream Filling

Raspberry Cream Filling:

125 g Raspberry Cream Fix

250 g whipping cream



1 ready made marzipan icing sheet – I bought this one from Odense Marcipan

Mascarpone Cream

Mascarpone Cream:

250 g of mascarpone

ΒΌ liter whipping cream

2 tbsp. icing sugar

Zest from one lime

On top

On top:

White chocolate

300 g strawberries

200 g blueberries

100 g raspberries

a few blackberries
