Oatmeal Cinnamon Smoothie W/ Oatmeal Crumble


Oatmeal Cinnamon Smoothie w/ Oatmeal Cookie Crumble - like drinking a milkshake for breakfast, but it's healthy!! Refined sugar free! Vegan!

What you will need

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup old fashioned oats (use certified gluten free oats to make this smoothie gluten free)

6-8 small dates (3-4 large medjool dates)

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1 cup non dairy milk (I've used both almond and rice...both great!)

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

3-4 ice cubes

1/4 cup old fashioned oats

2 tbsp chopped pecans

1 tsp cinnamon

1-2 tsp pure maple syrup

1/8 tsp salt
