1/2 tsp Baking Soda  (baking soda or use 1 tsp ENO fruit salt)

300 Grams Semolina  (2 and 1/2 cups)

4 tbsp Yogurt  (Curd or Dahi)

1 & 1/4 Cup Water  

1 tbsp Canola Oil  

1/4 Red Onion  (fine chopped)

4 tbsp Cilantro  (fine chopped)

1 tbsp Mustard Seeds  

2 Tomatoes  (medium size ripe tomatoes)

1 tsp Salt  

1 tsp Sugar  

1/4 tsp Red Pepper Powder
