Open-faced Chicken Empanadas


These quick and easy chicken empanadas are MUY delicioso!

What you will need

1 large boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness

1 tablespoon Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles

10 empanada shells, thawed

1 cup diced tomatoes

8 ounces monterrey jack cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes

1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
