Pasta and Greens Torte

What you will need

1 pound fresh Swiss chard*

8 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 (9-oz.) package refrigerated linguine, cut in half

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Italian blend cheese
