What you will need

4 boneless , skinless chicken breasts

2 oz . mozzarella cheese , finely diced

8-12 thin slices of pepperoni

1 large egg , beaten

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

1/2 tsp each oregano & pepper

1/4 cup Olive Oil
