Pork Stir-fry with Asparagus and Sugar Snap Peas

 

Stir-fries aren't usually the well-edited dishes you think about and shop for in advance

What you will need

1 12-16 ounce pork tenderloin

1 cup rice

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons sherry

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon corn starch

1 pound asparagus,

1 1/2 cups sugar snap peas, tips trimmed

1/4 cup water

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
