What you will need

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup fruit butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 egg

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 teaspoon maple extract

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
