What you will need

1 1/2 cups half and half

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (ground)

1/2 teaspoon ginger (ground)

5 cups day old bread (cubed)

1 handful dried cranberries
