Ribeye Steak in Salsa Borracha

 

This dish is very much like a carne guisada, with the added flavors of beer! It’s a traditional, slow-cooked dish but worth the time!

What you will need

2 pounds ribeye steak with a good amount of fat

1 medium white onion diced

4 cloves garlic minced

2 serrano peppers minced

5 Roma tomatoes diced

1 12-ounce bottle of Mexican dark beer

salt and pepper
