What you will need
2 cups pumpkin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 3/4 cups water or 1 (14 ounce can) coconut milk
1/2 pound green bean, trimmed and cut into bite sized pieces
1 red pepper, diced
2 green onions, sliced
