Spicy Cranberry Pork Tenderloin


Make get-togethers more delicious with this lime zest-rubbed pork tenderloin served with a sweet and spicy cranberry sauce made with jalapeños and brown sugar.

What you will need

2 pork tenderloins, about 1 pound each

2 limes

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

One 12-oz bag fresh cranberries

2/3 cup light brown sugar, packed

1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
