Spicy Lemon Trout

 

Serve with a spinach-mushroom salad and French bread.

What you will need

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons olive oil

4 (6-ounce) dressed trout fillets

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon Spanish smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

12 thin lemon slices (about 2 lemons)
