Inspired by cozy fall flavors we came up with a spiked pumpkin horchata recipe that perfectly rings in the autumn season. It has all the spicy, deep fall flavors a pumpkin cocktail should and it’s delicious to sip while the weather is cooling down!
What you will need
1 cup Long grain white rice
5 cups water
5 cinnamon sticks
1 15 oz can of pumpkin
2 cups Coconut cream, shaken
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 ounces rum
