St Patrick’s Day Mint Bark

 

A quick, festive dessert that feeds a whole crowd! Use our recipe for white-and-dark chocolate bark below. Or follow the suggested flavor combos and customize your own treat!

What you will need

2 teaspoons sugar

1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon Betty Crocker™ green gel food color

2 cups very dark chocolate chips

2 cups green mint chips or green candy melts

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup green chocolate-covered candy bits

2 tablespoons shamrock sprinkles

1 bag microwave popcorn, popped per directions on package

Green sprinkle sugar (for popcorn)

Nonstick baking spray (for popcorn)
