Make strawberry milkshake at home - with real, fresh strawberries, no gooey magenta syrup or artificial flavoring.
What you will need
Chilled milk – 2 glasses
Vanilla ice-cream – 1 scoop
Fresh ripe strawberries – 8 to 10
Sugar – 3 teaspoons (adjust according to taste)
If you add all the milk before the strawberries are fully blended, you’ll get larger fruit chunks in the milkshake. I like it blended finer.
Garnishing suggestion: a thin strawberry slice on the side and a dollop of ice-cream on top.
