What you will need

1 lb Swai Fish Fillets, thawed and cut into 2-inch pieces

1 lb Medium Shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined

2 TB Lemon Juice

2 TB Cajun Seasoning Mix

2 tsp Olive Oil

1 medium Onion, chopped

1/2 large Green Pepper, chopped

1/2 large Yellow Pepper, chopped

2 stalks Celery, chopped

2 TB Minced Garlic

1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes with Garlic and Basil

1 4 oz can Tomato Sauce with Roasted Garlic

1 cup Dry White Wine

1 tsp Kosher Salt

1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

2 tsp Dried Thyme

1 TB Dried Parsley

2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Diced Green Onions or Chopped Fresh Parsley for Garnish

Cooked Brown or White Rice
