What you will need
2 swordfish steaks
1 tablespoon oil
salt & pepper to taste
2 cups curried lentils (see below)
2 tablespoons mango chutney
1 tablespoon oil
1 small onion (chopped)
1 carrot (chopped)
1 rib celery (chopped)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 cup dry lentils
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 bay leaf
~2 cups water (or broth or stock)
1/2 cup raisins
