What you will need

2 medium yams

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper to taste

2 green onions, chopped

Garlic Aioli

Garlic Aioli:

1⁄2 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for at least 10 minutes

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 garlic cloves

1⁄4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons water, more as needed
