Turn your turkey leftovers into a simple and delicious turkey soup.

What you will need

1 Turkey Carcass

1 sprig of Rosemary

2 Carrots

2 Yukon Gold Potatoes

1 Leek

2 Tbsp Butter

1/2 bunch Thyme
