Strawberry and Chocolate “bombom”

What you will need

1 can condensed milk

3/4 cup milk

2 egg yolks

2 cups chocolate (to melt)

2 cups strawberries cut into small bites

How to cook

Gather all the ingredients

Mix condensed milk and milk

In a pot, mix condensed milk and milk

Sieve the egg yolks

Serve egg yolks and mix well

Cook until creamy

Cook stirring constantly (very important!) until it gets thicker and creamy. Save aside to get it to cool down a little

Melt the chocolate

Melt the chocolate (the thinner you can get it the better, but make sure not to burn it). For me the easiest way it to put it in the microwave for a about a minutes and the stir with a fork

Grease with coconut oil

Great a muffin pan or a silicon tray with coconut oil

Add chocolate & refrigerate

Add a layer of chocolate, try to make it go up the pan “walls” and refrigerate

Mix strawberries with cream

Mix strawberries and cream.

Add the strawberry cream

Get the chocolate from the fridge. Add the strawberry cream

Cover with chocolate

Cover with the rest of the chocolate (I found this steps is easier using a fork)

Refrigerate and serve!

Refrigerate for at least 1 hours before serving.
