This has to be one of my favorite desserts out there. It's sweet, creamy, light, and super moist. Highly recommend trying this if you haven't before. Best to start this recipe the day before so you have time to let the cream soak into the cake.

What you will need

Cake

1 1/2 cup AP Flour

1/2 tsp Salt

1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

6 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

3/4 cup Whole Milk

1 cup Sugar, divided

3 Milk Mixture:

14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

12 oz Evaporated Milk

1/2 cup Heavy Cream

1 Vanilla Bean, optional

Whipped Cream:

1 cup Heavy Cream

1 Tbsp Sugar

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Gather and portion all ingredients.

Set oven to 350°F

Whisk the salt and baking powder into the flour. Set aside.
