Extra virgin olive oil
4 ounces prosciutto di parma
4 ounces Burrata
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
pinch Flaky Salt
pinch Black Pepper

How to cook
Gather and portion all ingredients.
Slice the baguette into angled slices.
Slice the figs into quarters. Remove the stems if still on.
Place the ball of burrata in the center of a dinner plate or platter.
Scatter the fig quarters on the platter.
Add the proscuitto to the platter.
Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over everything on the platter.
Sprinkle a pinch of fresh pepper and flaky salt. Serve with bread!
