Red Lentil Pressure Cooker Soup

I usually use whatever veggies I have in the fridge with either dry red lentils or dry peas

What you will need

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 onion

2 cloves of garlic

4 medium potatoes

4 medium carrots

2 cups of peas

2 cups dry red lentil

Water

Broth (quantity depends on the kind of broth you use)

Salt & Pepper

How to cook

Sautée onions + garlic

In the pressure cooker, add the olive oil and sautée de chopped onions and garlic

Add chopped potatoes

Pour the previously chopped potatoes

Add chopped carrots

Chop carrots and add to the pot

Add peas

Wash peas and add to the pot

Add washed lentils

Wash lentils and add to the pot

Cover with water

Cover everything with water and mix well.

Once cooked, add broth

Cover the pot and set it for 12 minutes on high pressure. Once the pot has finished cooking, release the pressure, add the broth of your choice and stir well.
