Instant Pot Red Lentil Soup
Easy And Healthy instant pot
I usually use whatever veggies I have in the fridge with either dry red lentils or dry peas
What you will need
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
4 medium potatoes
4 medium carrots
2 cups of peas
2 cups dry red lentil
Water
4 cups Broth (quantity actually depends on the kind of broth you use)
Salt & Pepper

In the pressure cooker, add the olive oil and sautΓ©e de chopped onions and garlic

Pour the previously chopped potatoes

Chop carrots and add to the pot

Wash peas and add to the pot

Wash lentils and add to the pot

Cover everything with water and mix well.

Cover the pot and set it for 12 minutes on high pressure. Once the pot has finished cooking, release the pressure, add the broth of your choice and stir well.
