I usually use whatever veggies I have in the fridge with either dry red lentils or dry peas

What you will need

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 onion

2 cloves of garlic

4 medium potatoes

4 medium carrots

2 cups of peas

2 cups dry red lentil

Water

4 cups Broth (quantity actually depends on the kind of broth you use)

Salt & Pepper

How to cook

In the pressure cooker, add the olive oil and sautΓ©e de chopped onions and garlic
