Attach the black fabric to the calico (using vliesioflix + iron), zig zag stitch

Sew around

Use the stuffing and than sew the iliac crest and around pubic arc

After stuffing iliac bone, sew on the line and add stuffing on coccix make a straight seam and use more stuffing on the sacrum.

Hand stitch, sew the edges, and make hand stitches with the intent of "compress" the black part.
