What you will need
Cedar
How to do this project

Rip the cedar board into desired measurements.

Miter the edges of the ends to 15 degrees.
3
Glue and brad nail the railings to the ends.
4
Screw the two tiers together and fill with plugs.
5
Sand and Finish.
