Homemade Flying V Style Ukulele
First attempt on an instrument
It was very challenging and I learned a lot from thre many mistakes I made. Mostly made out of scrap wood. Fret board is an old piece of oak I had. Sounds like garbage, but it is my first uke. However I was just happy it played.
What you will need
I used thin, cheap, but strong wood i salvaged from a dresser drawer for the body.
Neck is made of 2 pieces of oak taken from a pallet and glued together
fret board is a thin piece of oak bought from HD
tuners were taken from a cheap and worthless old ukulele
bridge and nut are just scrap pieces of pine and oak
