Never seen or heard of Himalayan chili powder. Did you maybe mean Mexican chili powder and Himalayan salt.

There is a product called *Himalayan Chilli Powder* you mind if you purchased a small amount from their stock. This is how I first came across it & they obliged with a 30g container & asked me for £1.20. Which I must say went quite a long way! Also worth remembering,that all countries have their own chilli/Tikka,curries & to them theirs &are adapted by them...

I MIXED UP LEGS, BREAST, THIGHS & USED DIFFERENT SEASONINGS ON ALL EACH WERE LOVELY SERVED IN BASKETS & WITH JKT SPUDS, A MIX OF DIPS N SALADS & WRAPS, FLAT,CIABATTA, PITTA BREADS.
