20 Minute Nachos
Quickly whip up a snack for a crowd with these fully loaded nachos! Feel free to get creative with your toppings and add avocado, jalapeno, olives, or chorizo.
What you will need
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion
1 bag Tortilla Chips
15 oz canned Black Beans
7 oz shredded Mexican Cheese
8 oz Pico de Gallo
1/4 bunch Green Onion, optional
4 oz Sour Cream, optional
Salt
Olive Oil
Black Pepper

Add two tablespoons of olive oil to the pan over medium-high heat.

Cook diced onion in the oil until it's translucent.

Add the ground beef to the skillet with the onions and begin breaking it apart.
