Quickly whip up a snack for a crowd with these fully loaded nachos! Feel free to get creative with your toppings and add avocado, jalapeno, olives, or chorizo.
What you will need
1 lb Ground Beef
1 bag Tortilla Chips
15 oz canned Black Beans
7 oz shredded Mexican Cheese
8 oz Pico de Gallo
1/4 bunch Green Onion, optional
4 oz Sour Cream, optional

How to cook
Add two tablespoons of olive oil to the pan over medium-high heat.
Cook diced onion in the oil until it's translucent.
Add the ground beef to the skillet with the onions and begin breaking it apart.
Brown the beef, breaking it up and stirring occasionally until it is fully browned.
Season the beef with salt and pepper.
Evenly distribute the tortilla chips into an oven-safe baking dish.
Top the chips with the cooked beef and onions, drained and rinsed black beans, and shredded Mexican cheese.
Bake the nachos for about 10 minutes at 350°F or until the cheese is nice and melty.
Add the pico de gallo, chopped green onion, and a big dollop of sour cream to finish up the nachos!
