Almond Flour Pancake
With A Hint Of Orange
What you will need
3 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 cup AP Flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
grated peel of 1 orange
1 cup milk
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt

Almond flour tends to absorb a lot of humidity so sifting helps break it

Optional sift the AP flour and baking powder

Mix dry ingredients well

Whisk egg yolks and sugar

Add milk and stir well

Add butter and stir

Finally add the vanilla extract

Using a clean whisk, mount the egg whites with the salt

Mix dry with wet ingredients (leave egg whites for later)

Stir well. You may use a mixer

Add egg whites and gently stir everything
