Pan fried..
I found this recipe in myrecipes.com and adapted a bit to cook on a frying pan instead of grill.
What you will need
3 thick atlantic salmon steaks - pin bones removed
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons of freshly chopped dill
to taste salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil

1
I had the other ingredients, but had to buy "prepared horseradish", dill and white wine vinegar.
2
3
In a bowl, combine dill, horseradish, vinegar, 2 Tbsp. oil, 1 Tbsp. water and 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper.
4
Add salt and pepper to one side of steaks. Set pan temperature to medium and cool till steaks are medium rare. After you add the steaks to the grill, add salt and pepper to the other side. I put the lid on the pan, so it cooks properly at medium.
5
Flip steaks and close the lid. On my stove it took 5 minutes on one side and now I leave only 2 minutes, because it already cooked well with the lid closed.
6
Whisk vinaigrette and spoon over salmon.
7
This is how it looks inside.

Here's the recipe I used for the vinaigrette.
