Baking Dish Buffalo Chicken Sliders
If you are a buffalo chicken fan, these will be perfect for your next game day appetizer! Smother with ranch and serve alongside carrot and celery slices.
What you will need
12 oz Hawaiian Rolls
1 Rotisserie Chicken
1/3 cup Hot Sauce
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, divided
2 oz Blue Cheese
Ranch Dressing
1/4 tsp dried Parsley

Gather and portion ingredients.

Set oven to 350 °F

Keeping the rolls all together, slice them in half.

Pull the chicken meat off of the bones and shred.

Melt the butter over the stove or in the microwave. Brush a thin layer on the bottom of the baking dish to prevent sticking.

Seperate half of the butter into another bowl and add the dried parsley.

Combine the hot sauce and melted butter and pour over the shredded chicken. Mix to coat.

Place the bottom half of the hawaiian rolls into the baking pan. Spread the buffalo chicken evenly on top. Drizzle some ranch dressing across the chicken and sprinkle half of the blue cheese on top of that.

Add the top of the rolls and brush with the melted parsley butter.

Pop in the oven for 15 minutes to brown the buns and warm the chicken filling.
