What you will need

10cloves onion/10 siung bawang merah

15 hot pepper/15 buah cabe kriting
5 cayyen papper/5buah cabe rawit
1 piece lemongrass/1 ruas serai
5 citrus leaves/5 daun jeruk
3 grains pecan/3 butir kemiri
1 tsp Salt/1sdt garam
1tsp palm sugar/1sdt gula merah
1 tsp mushroom broth/1sdt kaldu jamur
1 tomatoes /1 buah tomat
1 Bombay/1 buah bawang bombay
2 leaves of laurel/2 lembar daun salam

How to cook
Soak the chicken with a squeeze of lemon and some salt.
Fry the chicken medium or it can be done.
Adding blended spices until they're smooth (chili, Onions, pecan,) Cut small tomatoes, and Bombay, (Like in the picture).
Saute all the spices with a little oil, Till it smells good, like on the picture.
Add Fried chickens, stir until they add seasonings, add water, salt, sugar, and mushroom broth, and let them boil and dry.
