12 oz cooked BBQ pulled pork
1 Pizza crust
1/4 Red onion

How to cook
Gather and portion ingredients.
Set oven to 400 degrees
Cut onion in half and remove skin. Chop.
Spread the barbecue pulled pork in a thin even layer across the crust.
Add the jack and cheddar cheese blend to the top of the barbecue pork. Then top with chopped onion.
Bake on a cookie sheet or pizza stone for 10 mins.
